A welcome meeting was held in our department on October 15, 2025, with the students from the University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain, who joined us through the Erasmus Student Mobility Program.
During the meeting, the students were informed about the courses they would be taking, as well as given general information about the city of Yalova, our university, and our department. Guidance was provided to help them adapt to their academic journey.
The Erasmus students had the opportunity to meet faculty members and the Erasmus program coordinators. Held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, the meeting aimed to support the students’ adaptation to both the academic and cultural environment of our university.
Our department aims to enhance academic and cultural exchange through such events, which promote international student mobility.
