FINAL REGISTRATION PROCEDURES OF NEW CANDIDATES ( 2019 YKS) are carried out in two ways
either via Electronic Registration (E-Registration) or Final Registration (Personal Application)

Students registered to the UBS system via the e-devlet website can confirm whether the system has received the registration via the specified link.

In addition, if any student registered in the system has entered their identity information correctly, they will be able to confirm their basic student information (Student no, Name, Surname, Faculty, Department, Programme) via the link below.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
1. ELECTRONIC REGISTIRATION (VIA E-DEVLET WEBSITE)
- Electronic Enrollment is a registration system that is used for students to register to higher education institutions via e-Devlet. Electronic registration is the final registration. Students who are enrolled via our electronic system are neither obliged come to our department facilities for any registration finalization process nor they are required to bring any additional documents.
- Candidates who have not received an e-devlet password will be able to obtain their passwords from the PTT branches themselves with the original identity card or If mobile signature, electronic signature or internet banking is used, these students will be able to create a password after logging in e-devlet website.
1. Go to the e-devlet website https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/ ,
2. Click on the Access to system button on the right corner
3. Log in via e-devlet password, e-signature or mobile signature
4. Click on the “e-services” link
5. Click on the “university e-registration” link under the title of YÖK
6. update personal information in the appearing webpage
7.After seeing the student list for e-registration, click on continue
8. After examining enrollment and university related information, click on “Agree”
9. Finalize your registration by Confirming via confirmation code that will be sent to your mobile device
10. After finalization of registration, print out a pdf version of the ‘ electronic registration document’
11. re-log in to check your registration.
- In the electronic registration, the placement information of the student will be taken from the Student Selection and Placement Center (OSYM) data. Military status will not prevent them from registering. However, the students who cannot obtain high school graduation information from the Ministry of National Education will not be able to register electronically and will be directed to the university personally for application.
2.DIRECT REGISTRATION
Students who cannot finalise their registration due to the following reasons:
1-Requiring a bill of health
2-Inaccessibility of high school graduation information via e-devlet
3-Encountering any technical problems
can register via direct registration either by coming to the department Office with necessary documentation or someone else can register on their behalf with a letter of proxy that can be obtained in a notary public Office.
3.STUDENTS WHO CANNOT GRADUATE FROM HIGH SCHOOL UNTIL THE DATE OF REGISTRATION
Prospective students who successfully have obtained a place at our department, who have not graduated from high school and need to resit any of their exams, can have their temporary registration by submitting their registration documentation to the registration office between 19-23 August 2019. These students are obliged to submit their graduation documents until 31 December 2019, failing to do so until the due date will result in losing their educational rights, until the due date, these students are entitled to same rights as other students.
STUDENTS WHO ARE ENROLLED TO THE DEPARTMENTS THAT REQUIRE A ONE-YEAR LANGUAGE PREPARATORY CLASS

EXEMPTION EXAMS FOR COMMON COURSES
Exemption exam date for Use of Information Technology , Foreign Language I and Foreign Language II : 18.09.2019 ( Venue and date information will be shared via our website)
KAYIT TARİHİNDE MEZUN OLAMAYAN ÖĞRENCİLER
2019 YKS sonucunda bölümümüze kayıt hakkı kazanan ancak ortaöğretim kurumlarından mezun olamayarak bütünleme veya tek ders sınavına girecek adayların da 19-23 Ağustos 2019 tarihleri arasında bölümümüze “Kayıt Belgeleri” ile bizzat gelerek Geçici Kayıtları yapılacaktır. Ancak bu adayların mezun olduklarına ilişkin belgelerini 31 Aralık 2019 tarihine kadar bölümümüze gelerek ibraz etmeleri halinde Asıl Kayıtları yapılacaktır. 31 Aralık 2019 tarihine kadar mezun olduklarını belgeleyemeyenlerin Geçici Kayıtları silinecektir.
Geçici kayıt yaptıran öğrenciler diğer öğrencilerin yararlandığı tüm haklardan yararlanacak olup, eğitim – öğretime devam etme sınavlara katılma hakkı gibi tüm öğrencilik faaliyetlerine kayıtları tamamlanana veya silinene kadar devam edebileceklerdir.
ZORUNLU HAZIRLIK SINIFI BULUNAN BÖLÜMLERİ KAZANAN ÖĞRENCİLER
