The Sectoral Speciality Seminars – 4, organized by the Department of Business Administration at Yalova University in collaboration with YTSO Academy, was held on October 24, 2025.
This week’s guest speaker was Gökhan Sergin, Chairman of the Board of SRG Group. Sergin delivered a comprehensive presentation on the e-commerce, call center services, software, and advanced technology sectors. In his talk, he shared valuable insights on the impact of digitalization on business processes, how technology can enhance customer satisfaction, and innovative practices shaping the industry.
Throughout the seminar, participants had the opportunity to closely explore current trends in the e-commerce world as well as the transformation processes in software and advanced technology fields.
