Students must complete undergraduate programs with a standard duration of four years within a maximum period of seven years, excluding the one-year foreign language preparatory class. This period is counted from the semester in which courses related to their enrolled program are offered, regardless of whether they enroll in courses each semester.

For enrolled students, the start date of their maximum duration is the Spring Semester of the 2017-2018 Academic Year (excluding the preparatory class).

Students who wish to apply for additional exams must submit their signed application forms in person to the Department of Business Administration Secretary, Hasan Basri KAYA, or the Maximum Duration Commission Member, Research Assistant Hakan Baltacı within the specified dates. Alternatively, they can send their application forms along with copies of their identity documents to hakan.baltaci@yalova.edu.tr.
