You are required to submit the practical training application form to the Practical Training Coordinatorship by Tuesday, February 1-5, 2026.
- Students in the English program must prepare the English form, while students in the Turkish program must prepare the Turkish form. (For the English or Turkish version of the form, please change the page language from the top right corner.)
- The signature process can be conducted online.
Steps to Follow:
- First, have the practical training form signed and stamped by the institution where you will receive the training.
- After signing it yourself, send it to your advisor, Res. Assist. Dr. Hümeyra Yilmaz, for her signature.
- Once signed by advisor, send the form to the practical training coordinator, Res. Assist. Filiz Ercan Yıldırım, for review.
- Res. Assist. Filiz Ercan Yıldırım will check if the selected company meets the necessary criteria.
- If the company is approved, have the form signed by the Head of the Department (Prof. Dr. Selami Özcan) and then send the final version of the form along with a copy of your ID to Res. Assist. Filiz Ercan Yıldırım via email. (This submission must be done by Tuesday, February 4, 2026, at the latest.)
Note:
To process your insurance, please indicate in your final email to Res. Assist. Filiz Ercan Yıldırım whether you have had any prior insurance from another organization.
Make sure to include the following information in your email:
- Full Name
- Department
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Company Name
- Department Name (at the company)
- Institution Responsible Full Name
- Institution Responsible Email Address
